Gorey Agricultural Show is committed to protecting any data that we collect concerning you. By using our services you agree to the use of the data that we collect in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your privacy
We collect the minimum amount of information about you that is commensurate with providing you with a satisfactory service. This Policy indicates the type of processes that may result in data being collected about you. Your use of this website gives us the right to collect that information.

Information Collected
We may collect any or all of the information that you give us depending on the type of transaction you enter into, including your name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address, t0ogether with data about your use of the website. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the website.
The Personal Data we may collect includes without limitation your name, address, email address, postcode and other personally identifiable information. If you register for a paid event, we will collect financial information from you (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.) some of which may constitute Personal Data. If a Buyer voluntarily provides that information in connection with registration for an event or otherwise, it will be available to us and will be held by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In addition, such information will be delivered to the Organiser of the event in accordance with “Our Disclosure of Information That We Collect: Organisers” below.

Information Use
We use the information collected primarily to process the task for which you visited the website. Data collected in the Republic Of Ireland is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act. All reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorised access to this information. This safeguard may require you to provide additional forms of identity should you wish to obtain information about your account details.
Because Non-Personal Data cannot be used to personally identify you, we may use such information for any lawful purpose.

Cookies
Your Internet browser has the in-built facility for storing small files- “cookies” – that hold information which allows a website to recognise your account. Our website takes advantage of this facility to enhance your experience. You have the ability to prevent your computer from accepting cookies but, if you do, certain functionality on the website may be impaired.

RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
The Show management reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion (which shall include reference to weather forecasts and ground conditions) to postpone or cancel the Show, make amendments to the parameters of the site or the stand space and / or amend the planned times as set out above. The Show will not be responsible to any exhibitor or person for loss of profit or any consequential loss arising out of the cancellation of the event. The Show shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations pursuant to these terms as a result of flooding, fire, lightning, explosion, drought, ground conditions, act of God, act of terrorism, war, rebellion, sabotage, strike, disease or any other event outside reasonable control of the Show management. We suggest that insurance cover be considered by the exhibitor
Gorey Agricultural Show reserves the right to refuse/cancel an entry. If the show committee refuse or cancels an entry, any fees paid shall be refunded in full.
We will not make any refund of the booking payment if you cancel less than 24 hours before the show date.
If a participant/Trade Exhibitor wishes to withdraw from an event/class/stand at Gorey Agricultural Show after the closing date for entries has passed no refund shall be made. Refunds will be credited back to the original payor.
Except to the extent permitted by law, Gorey Agricultural Show shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any booking cancellation and The Society shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation, other than to refund to you the booking payment, in accordance with the terms of this clause.
Please make your application in writing to the  Stand Secretary for a refund.

TRADE STAND APPLICATIONS
You must pay for your trade stands before you enter the show ground. Without an official exhibitor’s pass, you will not be allowed access to the show ground. 

Submission of an application form for a trade stand does not ensure trading space at Gorey Agricultural Show, and the Committee reserve the right to refuse an application.

Applicants will only be considered if we receive a completed application form, insurance details and fee, incomplete entry forms will be returned to applicant.  No Fee No Space,  No Insurance No Space.
Exhibitors/traders must pitch within and on their allotted space. You will NOT be allowed to change your site – if you do not occupy your allotted space you will be removed from the ground and no refund made.  Vehicles that do not fit into allotted space must be parked in Car Park.

Only goods that are declared on official trade stand application can be sold at Gorey Agricultural Show, trading or selling of harmful items is strictly forbidden, e.g. Pellet Guns, Knives, Balloons, Water Pistols.  Any Trader found in breach of these terms will be removed from the Show Field, and will not be refunded.

Traders must only trade from their allocated stand, and no soliciting is allowed within the aisles.

Ticket selling is strictly not allowed, no fundraising or collections are allowed without prior written consent from Gorey Agricultural Show Committee.
You should carefully read the terms and conditions set out above and included with this agreement. By booking online you agree to conform as an exhibitor/trader to all rules, regulations, terms & conditions of “The Gorey Agricultural Show” and undertake to notify your representatives or agents of them.
