RULES AND CONDITIONS

  1. Theme: "Natural Landscape of Ireland" (scenery)
  2. The competition is confined to all Amateurs.
  3. Photographs may be of any format, i.e. digital or film, black and white or colour.
  4. Photographs must Not be framed or mounted.
  5. Photographs must not be digitally enhanced but must have border.
  6. Size of photograph to be A5 including border.
  7. A qualifying class will be held at each show.
  8. Two exhibits may qualify from each show  if the standard is high enough.
  9. All photographs must have the class number and exhibit number on the back of the photograph.
  10. Exhibits are displayed at the owner's risk.
  11. The Judge's decision is final.
  12. An exhibitor can only qualify one exhibit for the All-Ireland final. 
    These rules to be read in conjunction with ISA Rules.

Entry Fee: To Qualifying Show €3, To Final €6
PRIZES: 1st €150, 2nd €120, 3rd €80, 4th €50, 5th - 8th €25 each

INDOOR SECTION - Opening Notes

RULES AND CONDITIONS
On the morning of the show please collect numbers in the Indoor tent. 
All exhibits must be bona fide property of the exhibitor.
All entries with appropriate fee must be pre entered online only.

  1. Prizes may be witheld in classes where there is insufficient competiton, no 2nd prize where there are less than 3 entries, no 3rd prize where less than 5 entries.
  2. The Judges decision is final.
  3. Vegetables for the competition must be properly cleaned.
  4. Exhibitors are hereby notified that although every reasonable care is taken to ensure the safety of all exhibits, the Committee will not be responsible for any loss or accident that may occur. Neither will the Committee be responsible for any accident that may occur to any person attending the Show, as a visitor, exhibitor, steward or otherwise.
  5. A person entering an exhibit, and failing to show will forfeit entry fee.
  6. The Committee are not responsible for any mistake on entry forms.
  7. Exhibits cannot be removed before 4.30pm, and will not be returned without a ticket.
  8. In the event of appointed judge not being available, the Committee reserve the right to appoint an alternative
  9. All exhibits must be in place before 11am on Show Day.
  10. All objections must be lodged with the Secretary within 30 minutes of the Class being judged and accompanied by a fee of €10 which shall be forfeited if objection is overruled.
