RULES AND CONDITIONS
On the morning of the show please collect numbers in the Indoor tent. 
All exhibits must be bona fide property of the exhibitor.
All entries with appropriate fee must be pre entered online on/before 10th June.

1. Prizes may be witheld in classes where there is insufficient competion, no 2nd prize where there are less than 3 entries, no 3rd prize where less than 5 entries.
2. The Judges decision is final.
3. Vegetables for the competition must be properly cleaned.
4. Exhibitors are hereby notified that although every reasonable care is taken to ensure the safety of all exhibits, the Committee will not be responsible for any loss or accident that may occur. Neither will the Committee be responsible for any accident that may occur to any person attending the Show, as a visitor, exhibitor, steward or otherwise.
5. A person entering an exhibit, and failing to show will forfeit entry fee.
6. The Committee are not responsible for any mistake on entry forms.
7. Exhinits cannot be removed before 4.30pm, and will not be returned without a ticket.
8. In the event of appointed judge not being available, the Committee reserve the right to appoint an alternative
9. All exhibits must be in place before 11am on Show Day.
10. All objections must be lodged with the Secretary within 30 minutes of the Class being judged and accompanied by a fee of €10 which shall be forfeited if objection is overruled.
