30: WORKING HUNTER PONY - 80CMS
Working Hunter Pony (for ponies not exceeding 148cms) - fences will not exceed 80cms. This is a two phase class where competitors will jump a course of fences and then proceed to complete a ridden show piece to include walk, trot and canter.

Children MUST be aged 6 year old and over to compete in Working Hunter Classes.

Please note no 2nd prize in the case of less than 3 entries, no 3rd prize in cases of less than 5 entries, unless in the opinion of the Judges there is sufficient merit shown

PLEASE NOTE - These classes are NOT affiliated to the Irish Pony Society.
IMPORTANT - The same pony and rider combination are only allowed to compete in a maximum of two Working Hunter classes on the day of the show. If competing in two classes you are only permitted to jump in consecutive classes. For example, if you enter in the Working Hunter - 70cms and wish to compete in an additional class you will only be permitted to compete in the Working Hunter - 80cms. If you enter in the Working Hunter - 80cms you will only be permitted to compete in the Working Hunter - 90cms class and so on.
