39: PERFORMANCE HUNTER PONY - 80CMS
Performance Hunter (for ponies not exceeding 148cms) - fences will not exceed 80cms. This is a single phase class where competitors will be judged on suitability and performance over a course of rustic fences.

These are single phase classes where competitors will jump a course of fences and will be judged on their performace around the course of fences.
Children MUST be aged 6 year old and over to compete in Performance Hunter classes, with the exception of the Lead Rein class.

Please note no 2nd prize in the case of less than 3 entries, no 3rd prize in cases of less than 5 entries, unless in the opinion of the Judges there is sufficient merit shown.

PLEASE NOTE - These classes are NOT affiliated to the Irish Pony Society.
IMPORTANT - The same pony and rider combination are only allowed to compete in a maximum of two Performace Hunter classes on the day of the show. If competing in two classes you are only permitted to jump in consecutive classes. For example, if you enter in the Performace Hunter - 70cms and wish to compete in an additional class you will only be permitted to compete in the Performance Hunter - 80cms. If you enter in the Performance Hunter - 80cms you will only be permitted to compete in the Performace Hunter - 90cms class and so on.
